“Don’t fight fire with fire.”
Ohh how badly I wanted to this morning as someone has been spewing anger at me for over a month.
I’ve been trying to stay in my bubble and let them deal with their own story, but had to face it today.
I wanted to react. But instead I gave it a little time. I went for a jog.
And then I watched this video:
It helped me remember I have the choice to respond with love.
